We develop and define the relevant performance indicators. The main objectives are the planning and optimization of your flow of goods and your operational processes! The focus is on maximising your production output and the safety of your production facilities.

Our consultancy service also includes working out flow of goods, process engineering, layout concepts, and planning of logistics. We accompany you during the entire project: Starting with planning and construction supervision, via planning of machinery, also regarding negotiations with suppliers when purchasing plant required for the operational process, its implementation, right up to finalizing and start-up of entire production lines in your (new) undertaking.

We provide advice on the construction of new plants or on the modernisation of existing plants. We develop feasibility studies and create material flow diagrams adapted to the production plant.

The planning approach includes the entire store layout, lighting and hygiene management.
